The room was really big and had everything I needed - air conditioning, a nice TV with lots of channels, and even a coffee/tea maker. Plus, the location was perfect, super close to where I could grab a taxi and near a bridge 🌉.

Helpful staff and wonderful location in the bay with groups of tourists who ca n't even swim, everything was excellent. Location: the hotel was not far from beach, the desert, and a natural park with an almost intact wildlife. The service was great and the food was amazing. The pool on the premises was clean.

The rooms were perfect. the property's position was great next to bars and restaurants. - It was next to the beach. - Everything was brand-new. I would choose it again in Marsa Alam.

The room was equipped with climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and coffee/tea making equipment. the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the day. - the location was fantastic and the atmosphere felt like being with family.

The hotel is located in a beautiful part of the Red Sea with a stunning beach and coral reef area where guests can spot sea animals such as turtles and dugongs. the rooms are clean and have a distinctive design, some of them offer great views of the sea. There are 3 restaurants with delicious food and friendly staff, and the animation team provides good entertainment. the gym and spa are good, and there are many long chairs available at the beach and swimming pool.

There is no ATM available at the hotel or nearby, so guests need to make sure they have enough cash or exchange money at the airport before arriving.

Clean, new hotel by beach. Great location for snorkeling. Helpful and dedicated staff. All-inclusive offers variety of food and drinks. Well-maintained facilities. Comfy beds. Beautiful view. Delicious food.

I had an incredible experience at Iberotel Costa Mares. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with a beautiful private beach and a preserved coral reef just steps away. The hotel itself had a modern and comfortable design, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were professional, kind, and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the entertainment shows in the evening, although it did get a bit noisy. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable vacation experience.

Celebrating New Year's at this resort was a great experience. the hotel offered two complementary facts that added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. the location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to a preserved natural area where we could enjoy the wildlife. We also appreciated the fact that the resort was well maintained and very clean. we loved the variety of food available and the quality was exceptional.

The luxurious amenities here exceeded my expectations! the private facilities were impressive, with a secluded garden area and a refreshing outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas for the ultimate relaxation. the restaurant served delicious, high, quality food and the bar/lounge area offered a fantastic variety of drinks and snacks. the location was perfect, with unbeatable beach access and a breathtaking beachfront view. the service was top, notch, with friendly and accommodating staff.

Despite this, it did not affect my overall experience at this hotel in any significant way.
